protein structure visualization server can be used to generate schematic representations of secondary structures and relative solvent accessibilities, allowing one to highlight selected residues, e.g. polymorphic or involved in protein-protein interactions. 	Sequence name
	Amino acid sequence (one letter code)
AND at least one of the following profiles
	Secondary structure (SS) (H, E, C code)
	Confidence level of the SS prediction (0-low confidence, 9-highly confident)
	Relative solvent accessibility (RSA) (0-completely buried, 9-fully exposed)
	Confidence level of the RSA prediction (0-low confidence, 9-highly confident)
	Arbitrary sequence profile
